ProjectFikri respects your right to request deletion of personal data associated with your account and connected social media integrations, including Meta products such as Facebook and Instagram.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your ProjectFikri account data or data received through connected Meta integrations, email us at:

Please include the following information so we can identify and verify your request:
- Your full name.
- The email address or username used with ProjectFikri.
- The Facebook Page, Instagram account, or TikTok account connected to ProjectFikri, if applicable.
- A short statement confirming whether you want us to delete only a connected social account or your full ProjectFikri account data.
What We Delete
After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize data associated with your account, including:
- OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens for connected social media accounts.
- Platform identifiers, account names, and connection records stored by ProjectFikri.
- Scheduled posts, captions, uploaded media references, and posting history associated with your account, unless retention is legally required.
Remove Access from Meta
You can also revoke ProjectFikri's access from your Facebook or Instagram account settings:
- Open Facebook Settings & Privacy.
- Go to Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find the ProjectFikri app and remove it.

Processing Time
We will review and process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Once completed, we will send a confirmation email to the address used for the request.
Retention Exceptions
We may retain limited information where required by law, for security purposes, or to resolve disputes. Any retained data will be limited to what is necessary and will not be used for social media publishing.
